PRO-91 Instant Bond/Gap Fill Flex
Bondloc’s Instant Bond/Gap Fill Flex is a 2-part flexible, fast-curing instant adhesive with a high bond strength that’s ideal for repairing parts that flex/vibrate or move relative to each other. Suitable for a variety of substrates including plastics, rubbers and metals and for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric. It is designed to gap-fill to 5mm. The gel prevents adhesive flow even on vertical surfaces.

Before applying the glue, make sure the gluing surface is clean, dry and free of grease.
To assemble the syringe, first introduce the plunger, then exchange the cap with a mixer. Discard the first few drops.
Apply the material on one of the two surfaces and assemble the two parts within 1 minute.
After uniting the substrates, 15-30 seconds are available for repositioning on the substrates. Press the two parts together firmly for around 30 seconds. After releasing the pressure, wait 5 minutes before good handling strength, 10 minutes for a fully cured material and 24 hours for full strength.
Make use of the syringe or discard the product at least every 2 minutes to avoid the product from polymerising inside the mixer, if you do not want to replace the mixer.
After use, discard the mixer and replace the cap. Store the syringe in a cool and dry environment.
Optimal storage 2ºC to 8ºC. Storage below 2ºC or greater than 8ºC can adversely affect product properties.
Product shelf-life of 12 months.
